To The Single Mom … God Cares About You Too

I have never met a mother who had envisioned being a single parent, yet choices that we sometimes make or unforeseeable circumstances places us in a situation that we would never have imagined. It is easy to picture God in the home of a perfect two parent household, yet when it comes to a single parent home, just where is He? 

Does God remember a single mother? Does he notice her struggles, her pains and her fears? Does He notice that she has to wear the hat of a mother, a teacher, a friend, a chef and a butler whilst juggling her career and education? Does God even notice her cries of loneliness and the extreme trepidation that she has of raising her children alone and them both becoming another statistic?
